Program Description:

Our newly revised M.A.T. program consists of a core of courses completed by all students plus various specialization courses to meet certification requirements in a particular discipline. An immersion option allows a cohort of full-time students to complete the program in one calendar year. Students who are employed full time may complete the program on a part-time basis. The Educational Leadership Option of the M.Ed. program provides coursework for the NJ supervisor certificate. The Master Teacher Option is designed to improve the teaching competence of fully certified elementary school teachers. The School Personnel Licensure program provides course work for specialized certification for teachers of young children.
