Program Description:

The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program takes a multidisciplinary approach and emphasizes values, spirituality, and ethics while focusing on the development of effective leadership skills that can be used in any type of organization. Areas of study include leadership, people and organizations, organizational decision making, and technology. The M.S.O.L. degree can be completed in fewer than two years. All courses are offered on Saturdays.
