Program Description:
This program is offered jointly with the University of South Carolina, and all classes are held in Charleston. You will find yourself studying with full-and part-time students, some of whom are in-service professionals, while others are recent college graduates. The core curriculum focuses on the major components of modern public management, and the elective curriculum provides four areas of specialized study- arts management, environmental policy and administration, municipal government and urban planning, and nonprofit administration. As a result, you will be well prepared for a broad spectrum of careers. Courses are offered in the evening and summer to accommodate the schedules of working professionals.
Accreditation:
A letter of intent, college transcripts, three letters of recommendation, GRE scores, minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA, and training in basic statistics are required.
