Program Description:
The dual MES-MPA program will allow students to attain two master's degrees in three years rather than four without compromising any of the academic content in either program. This dual-degree program is aimed at preparing students for professional-level positions in public organizations that address environmental issues. You will take courses in policy, economic theory, natural sciences, administrative methods, statistics, research methods and topical seminars. Each student must also complete an independent academic internship or thesis, guided by a faculty committee.

GRE combined score of 1100, 4 on the writing assessment, 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA, two biology courses with labs, two chemistry courses with labs, one course in statistics, one course in American government, three letters of recommendation, and a statement of goals are required.
