Program Description:

The M.S. program is designed to prepare students for immediate employment in the nonacademic sector and for further graduate study at the doctoral level. The emphasis on breadth of training and computational skills has been a model for other programs nationally. The Ph.D. program also emphasizes in-depth course work and dissertation research in a particular concentration area.
