Program Description:

The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition is one of only a few academic programs in the US approved by both the Institute of Food Technologists and the American Dietetic Association, and the only Food Science program in South Carolina. The department offers a MS in Food, Nutrition, and Culinary Sciences and PhD in Food Technology.
