Program Description:

City University of Seattle's Master of Arts in Leadership (M.A.L.) degree program is designed for individuals working in a wide variety of professional sectors including for-profit, non-profit, health care, government, education, or service, who would like to improve their ability to lead—locally and globally. If you are currently in a leadership role and wish to enhance your leadership knowledge and skills, this program is for you. Our program was developed in partnership with representatives from key industries who provided valuable insight regarding what leaders need to know in order to be successful. Upon completion of the program, you will have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to become a more strategic leader in your field–at any level in your organization.
