Program Description:

The Department of Agricultural Chemistry offers basic science courses in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry and physical chemistry as a sound basic education for studying advanced chemistry and biological sciences. For major courses, the Department offers soil science, fertilizers and plant nutrition, molecular biology, plant protection and bioactive compounds, environmental chemistry, applied microbiology, food engineering, and genetic engineering. The Department is committed to preparing for the demands of a fast moving society through learning and research experiences in diverse academic fields.
