Program Description:
The M.Ed. is a 33-credit program that prepares educators from a variety of backgrounds to add depth and breadth to their current practice.
Three content emphases are available: curriculum and instruction, adult and continuing education and health education. The content of the emphases is chosen to complement the research core, reflect the current expertise of Carroll College faculty and to meet the modern professional needs and interests of educators.
Through completion of course work in the graduate program, currently licensed teachers can extend their licensure to include the #316 Reading Teacher license, Adaptive Education (859), Alternative Learning Environments Certification (952), and Health Education (910).
