The MS in International Business (MIB) at Canisius is a master’s degree without borders. Not only will you be prepared to succeed in the international business community, the program has recently changed to an online format, allowing you greater flexibility in scheduling and a chance to continue your education without missing a step in your career.
As a graduate of the MS International Business program, you will be able to:
•Understand the international environment within which business operates
•Possess a working knowledge of international competition and its effect on business
•Design corporate strategies to manage the impact of international environments on those corporations
•Study abroad – for a few weeks, or for an entire semester; the international business community provides ample opportunities for Canisius students to put their developing skills into practice
The MIB program is open to students with any undergraduate major background. Courses are taught by full-time Canisius faculty, all of whom possess terminal degrees in their field. The Wehle School of Business is AACSB accredited, the premiere accreditation for business schools worldwide. Our students have access to over 40,000 Canisius alumni, many of whom have become leaders in their fields.
As part of your education experience, there is a brief two week residency requirement to participate in International Ethics/Cultural Issues and International Strategic Management courses. These courses will be taken near the completion of the program. Canisius provides housing at the rate of $94 per week for a single room with a common bathroom and living room.
