Program Description:

The Canisius program, in partnership with St. Mary's School for the Deaf, prepares teachers of deaf/hard of hearing students (all grades) for New York State certification. The program is nationally recognized by the Council on Education of the Deaf.

Eligibility Requirements:

-Three (3) letters of recommendation
-Letter of intent
-Interview with the program director

International Student Requirements:

TOEFL required for students from non-English speaking countries.
