Program Description:
The Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion - Rehabilitation Sciences is designed for working professionals and recent bachelor's degree graduates in the health and fitness industry. It includes certified athletic trainers, physical therapists, health and physical education teachers, chiropractors, personal trainers, business owners, wellness counselors, military personnel, and other health / fitness careers. The university has worked closely with the National Academy of Sports Medicine to develop outstanding course content. Program length is 12 consecutive months.
Students work, learn, and communicate online and function as a group of interactive peers. This virtual community creates a lively, dynamic educational experience. The Rehabilitation Sciences Research track includes courses in Rehabilitation, Corrective Exercise in Rehabilitation, Corrective Exercise Program Design and Current Topics in Rehabilitation. This degree requires 30 credit hours for graduation.
