Program Description:
The Department of Counselor Education offers a Master of Science Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling (MFCC). This 60 semester unit course of study fulfills all of the educational requirements of Business and Professions Code Sections 4980.40(a) and 4980.37 for the State of California Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
