This program is designed to help participants develop the supervision and leadership skills needed to meet the challenges of today's constantly changing, technologically-oriented work environment. Supervisors occupy the first level of management, with non-management employees reporting to them. They perform the managerial functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling at the first level above operative employees. Supervisors, who directly oversee employees in the execution of all business tasks, are the vital link between the goals of a business and the execution of those goals.
