This master's program has been designed to meet the needs ofpracticing teachers in the geographically large, rural community of Northern California and beyond. All courses will be presented by WebCT (Web Course Tools) or other web-based curricular materialover the Internet for distant access during the semester and will haveadapted laboratory and field schedules on a few weekends at the CSU, Chico campus.
