CalSouthern’s international business certificate program is a fantastic educational opportunity for the international business professional looking to expand his or her skill set in a fast-changing business landscape, or for an executive who wants to broaden his or her business acumen to include an appreciation for and knowledge of current issues in global commerce.

The courses that comprise CalSouthern’s international business certificate are all at the MBA level. Students who participate in the program must have a bachelor’s degree. However, it isn’t necessary that the degree be in a business-related field. In fact, the certificate program is perfect for those who have a non-business-related bachelor’s degree, but who are looking to add to their understanding of business principles in general, and international business concepts and practices in particular.

The international business certificate program includes six, three-credit courses ranging from international business and marketing, to business law, finance, and multicultural business issues, among others. Each course is taught by a CalSouthern School of Business faculty member who has either a doctoral degree or appropriate specialized credentials in the particular subject matter.
