Program Description:
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program provides a broad view of organizational performance from the general management perspective. It offers an innovative curriculum to develop skills needed for effective leadership and management. California Southern University’s intensive curriculum provides the essential management skills to succeed in any career. Our curriculum focuses on leadership, communication, fundamentals of business and analytical skills. The MBA is structured to allow the student to choose a program of interest: Financial Planning, Human Resources Management, International Business, Managements, and Project Management. Tuition for the MBA is $330 per credit and $10,620 for the entire 2-year degree program. The GMAT test is not a requirement for admission.

Eligibility Requirements:
Admission to the Master in Business Administration degree program requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent completed at an appropriately accredited institution. The MBA degree requires 36 graduate semester credits completed beyond the Bachelor’s degree.
The University may accept a maximum of 6 graduate semester credits in transfer toward the MBA degree for graduate course work completed at an appropriately accredited institution. Credit earned in graduate courses for which a grade of “B” or higher was earned will be considered for transfer. To enable the evaluation of prior college work, official transcripts must be provided to the University.
