Program Description:

The Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology program with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy provides a solid foundation in the areas of marriage and family therapy that can be applied toward community counseling, mental health therapy, human services, and substance abuse counseling. The Master's degree in psychology meets the educational requirements for CalSouthern graduates to sit for licensure to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California. Tuition for the MA in Psychology is $295 per credit and $14,160 for the entire 2-year degree program. Students are NOT required to take the GRE admissions exam for acceptance into CalSouthern.
