Program Description:

The world’s first counseling master’s degree with a transpersonal, East-West perspective, this CIIS program also provides you with a solid grounding in psychology, especially depth psychology. Our students value being part of a mindful, involved community within an academically rigorous university.

Admission is very competitive for both the traditional format and the intensive weekend program, which allows you to complete this degree in two-and-a-half years. You hone your clinical skills and professional expertise through practicums in the Institute’s award-winning counseling centers, three of which have a transpersonal perspective.
