Cabrini College recognizes that training and education in terms of skills upgrading and gaining new and different skills has become an essential part of work and employment. Organizational learning and knowledge management has become so important that many companies have created high level executive positions to lead and develop this effort. Designed as a response to the demand for technology specialists that can design, develop and manage instructional systems, the master of science in instructional systems and technology (MSIST) offers opportunities for students from corporations, educational institutions and government. Graduates of the program will have the knowledge, skills and expertise in instructional systems and technology and may be employed as professional and technology leaders within corporations and educational institutions.
