Program Description:

Human Resource DevelopmentBuffalo State College is regionally accredited and a member institution of the State University of New York. The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Development is a 12 credit hour program that is focused on principles and practices for training adults in business settings. The Certificate in Human Resource Development can be applied toward the 30 credit hour Masters Degree in Adult Education, which is also offered at Buffalo State College. The Certificate in Human Resource Development and the Master's Degree in Adult Education welcome applications from prospective students in New York State, all other state in the U.S., and the international.
