Program Description:
Eight courses are required for the master's degree, including the thesis. Laboratories are well instrumented for graduate research in the areas listed above. Facilities are also available for research in population genetics, fire ecology, primary productivity of stream and lakes, resource allocation in plant communities, and predator-prey studies of marine invertebrates.
