English Proficiency: A score of at least 237 on the computer-based TOEFL (580 if paper-based), OR at least 85 on the TOEFL iBT (at least 22 in Speaking and at least 21 in Listening, Reading, and Writing), OR a total band score of at least 7.0 with subscores of at least 6.5 in all four areas of Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading on the IELTS. Credential Evaluation: International applicants who have obtained their degree(s) outside of the United States must submit all official transcripts, diplomas, and marksheets to an approved agency for a credential evaluation, which must include a comprehensive course-by-course evaluation and calculation of grade point average (GPA).
