Program Description:

This program is designed for persons who have a bachelor's degree and wish to be licensed as a Teacher of Physical Education (PreK-8 or 5-12). Students who successfully complete the curriculum are eligible to apply for initial licensure. The Master of Science in Physical Education program is for those who wish to pursue new career directions related to the field in community-based organizations, such as business, industry, agencies, hospitals and educational settings. Concentrations available in Athletic Training, Human Performance and Health Fitness, Adapted Physical Education and Sport and Human Performance.
