Program Description:

The Master of Science in Management of Projects and Programs degree program brings together the hard skills of planning, estimating and budgeting with the soft skills of negotiation, conflict management, influencing and effective communication. It requires an integrated understanding of business functions and concerns at multiple levels of corporate operations, and involves the interdisciplinary study of management, leadership and technology.
Students will learn to exercise management and leadership skills in the conduct of programs and projects that may be international in scope and present the challenges posed by acquisitions, mergers and/or downsizing. They will also be able to understand and critically assess projects and programs in their larger corporate context, and effectively communicate project/program statuses, issues, expectations and risks to senior management.
