The Graduate Studies in Human Resource Education (HRE) offers Masters (EdM), Doctorate (EdD) and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) specifically designed for human resource, learning and development professionals, management effectiveness and organizational consultants. We ôDevelop Leaders of Performance and Changeö through providing the knowledge and competencies for managing the one organizational asset that most heavily influences successful results -- people.Over the past 20 years, the Boston University School of Education has built one of the premier graduate programs in the human resource development field, attracting graduate students from across the region, the nation and the world. Addressing the time constraints of working professionals, we offer an opportunity to attend classes on alternating Saturdays (Our Cohort Program)over two academic years to complete your masters degree.
