Program Description:
The Executive LL.M. in International Business Law is an innovative blended-learning program designed for busy practitioners who cannot take 9 months off to complete a traditional residential program. A focused curriculum of 20 credits offers the fundamentals of international business law, including U.S. & International Intellectual Property; U.S. & Trans-Border Mergers & Acquisitions; Corporate Finance; International Business Transactions & Agreements; U.S. Contract Law for the International Lawyer; U.S. Corporate Law for the International Lawyer; International Arbitration; and U.S. & Trans-Border Securities Regulation. The program also includes a series of 1 credit workshops, "Current Issues in U.S. Business Law". The program has a unique carousel format allowing one to complete the program in less than a year, or to take up to five year to complete it. Some courses are offered twice a year, and the summer sessions run consecutively allowing students to complete all residential sessions in a single six-week visit. Each 3 credit course consists of a pre-residential online component; an intensive 2 week residential session; and a post-residential online component. Financial aid is not available. Non-degree options are available.

Eligibility Requirements:
Eligible candidates will generally hold a first degree in law and will demonstrate a high level of English proficiency. Priority will be given to candidates with notable professional experience and accomplishments. Highly-qualified candidates without law degrees may be considered for admission in exceptional circumstances.
