Program Description:

The Master of International Management provides students with the management and business skills to develop and manage an international enterprise. A focus of the program is on basic management skills such as strategic thinking, managing human resources and insuring product quality. The degree also focuses on "new venture" planning,development and finance. For many Australian organisations the move into international business represents a new venture for the firm. Thus students will be provided coursework to enhance their ability to set up new businesses. Emphasis is on the international aspects of doing business.
