Graduate education in the Department of Geology provides advanced training for academic,professional, and industrial careers. The M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees may be earned in the areas of specialization of the Department faculty, who represent a wide range of geological interests and expertise. The departmental laboratories, instrumentation, computer facilities,and field trip capabilities are at the disposal of the research student.
