Program Description:
The Department of Molecular and Human Genetics currently has 80 Ph.D. students in training, including six who are part of the Baylor M.D./Ph.D. program. Students are supported throughout their graduate careers by individual fellowships, departmental NIH training grants or research grants. This support currently includes a stipend of $26,000/yr., excellent medical insurance benefits and full tuition coverage. The Department strongly encourages applications from underrepresented minorities.
