Program Description:
The Frank J. Rooney School of Adult and Continuing Education at Barry University, in cooperation with the College of Arts and Sciences, offers a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree program. The degree program is a professional development program for adult learners with a focus on the administration of public, nonprofit, and other organizations which serve a public purpose. The MPA is generally considered to be the terminal professional degree for practitioners in public service. Classes are offered in the evenings and weekends and locations throughout Florida. Classes are small, so you receive personal attention from distinguished professors. You consult with your own educational advisor each term to discuss your academic plan. In the accelerated program, you can complete your degree in two years or less with part-time study.

Barry University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award bachelor’s, master’s, specialist, and doctoral degrees.
International Student Requirements:
A minimum score of 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), 213 on the computer-based TOEFL, or 80 on the Internet-based TOEFL
