Program Description:
Barry University's Master of Science in Health Services Administration program aims to prepare competent, thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate health care management professionals. In 2008, the program was ranked No. 7 in the nation among business graduate schools for physician executives by Modern Healthcare magazine.
Barry offers a caring environment; supportive, experienced faculty; and a multicultural student body. Unlike a general business degree, Barry's carefully designed HSA program focuses entirely on health care administration.
You may choose among three study options: General Health Administration, Long-Term Care Management, and Medical Group Practice Management. Classes are in the evenings and on Saturdays, so you can continue to work while you complete your degree. Barry's partnerships with area health care facilities allows you can choose from a variety of places to complete your practicum or internship.
