Program Description:
The core of the M.ARCH is a sequence of courses in design, research, theory, historic preservation and professional practice. Students select from five program options, including one for students with non-architecture undergraduate degrees. The concentrations include Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Historic Preservation, sustainability and fabrication. The required internship places students in firms in Indiana, around the US and overseas. Many field trips and summer study opportunities are available as are community-based charrettes in Indiana.

International Student Requirements:
Foreign students applying to our M.ARCH must have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 and an undergraduate degree equivalent to an accredited 4-year degree from the US. In some cases, international students are required to complete selected undergraduate architecture courses before starting their graduate courses.
