Program Description:

The MSIS program was designed to provide people with the opportunity to conveniently further their education and be prepared for careers in information technology management, software project management, information system analysis, business process analysis, and many other information technology-related occupations. The program is offered completely online, and is geared toward the working professional for whom on-campus class attendance is inconvenient or infeasible.
MSIS Program Outcomes
1)Graduates will possess the advanced oral and written communications skills necessary to effectively present and communicate complex Information Systems issues within an organizational environment.
2)Graduates will possess the skills necessary to collect, analyze and interpret data to make decisions and meet the information systems demands of organizations.
3)Graduates will have the knowledge and skills necessary to develop, implement, and assess a strategic plan to effectively meet the IS needs of an organization.
4)Graduates will possess the critical thinking skills necessary for facilitating decisions, solving problems, and developing innovative processes to achieve continuous improvement.
