Program Description:
The Auburn University Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) is an executive graduate degree offered jointly by the College of Architecture, Design and Construction and the College of Business.
The goal of the Executive Master of Real Estate Development program is to deliver a solid, broad-based graduate-level education that will produce students with outstanding leadership skills and substantial professional knowledge. The program emphasizes best development practices related to environmental sustainability, social responsibility, economic resilience, financial feasibility, deal structuring, and design excellence.
International Student Requirements:
Minimum score of 550 on TOEFL paper version (pBT), 213 on Computer version (cBT), and a 78 on Internet version (iBT).
Score of 16 on the listening, reading, speaking, and writing components for the iBT.
Auburn will also accept 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam.
Full financial sponsorship, proof of medical Insurance plan and must submit and Official Statement of Financing for International Students Form.
