Program Description:

The Graduate Diploma in Management (GDM) is a management credential of its own, but also acts as Phase One for the MBA program. It is made up of six core courses (18 credits) that integrate to provide working managers with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills in the key areas of general management: strategy, economics, human resources, finance, marketing, and operations.

The GDM program's 24-hour online format makes it feasible to work on a high quality graduate management program while still meeting commitments to work and family. Students discuss, collaborate and learn with other experienced managers and academic coaches from aross Canada and around the world, providing invaluable experience in the international arena and creating a network of global connections.

Once you have finished the GDM, you will have mastered graduate-level business concepts that will enhance your abilities as a manager and leader. Chances are, though, once you start seeing the results of your graduate business studies, you will want to go on to complete your full MBA program.
