Program Description:
The Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology/Marriage & Family Therapy program has primarily been designed to educate and train students in preparation for licensure as a marriage and family therapist (MFT) in California and/or entry into the Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology program. The program introduces students to basic clinical skills and theoretical foundations of marital and family therapy and clinical psychology, and enhances student preparation for those considering application for transfer into the PsyD in Clinical Psychology program.
