Program Description:

The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership is designed to meet the special requirements of working professionals who want to develop their leadership competencies and meet the needs of today's organizations.

Based on the belief that success for an organization is directly and substantially linked to leaders within the organization, Argosy University offers the Organizational Leadership program, which provides practicing professionals with opportunities for personal and professional development. Faculty is committed to providing a learning environment that informs, enhances, challenges, and supports the development of organizational leadership students.

The program focuses on the qualities of transformational leadership, not just managerial attributes.
