Students pursuing one of Argosy University's online doctoral degrees in higher and post-secondary education can benefit from the flexibility of online access to classes any time, day or night. Additionally, this online doctoral program may be completed in three to four years. Our faculty-practitioners lead interactive courses, and the program is designed around four areas of focus. Students who graduate from this program will have learned to:

*Advance Social Justice & Transformative Practice by fostering democratic and empowering environments that promote understanding and respect for diversity; cultivate the active engagement of diverse communities in social justice initiatives that enhance student development and learning; and demonstrate critical reflection that strengthens or improves themselves, their institutions, and their professional community.

*Design, implement, manage, and assess learning opportunities sensitive to stakeholder characteristics and collegiate and community environments.

*Promote Organizational & Administrative Development by employing ethical and collaborative management and leadership practices appropriate to the field and role that assist institutions in accomplishing their mission; and enhancing the ability of institutions to provide safe and productive environments, to anticipate and prepare for change, crisis, and disruption.
