M.S. - Management
Format: Campus
Program Description:
The Graduate Management Program is designed for working managers and supervisors who are committed to challenging and developing themselves in order to make a meaningful difference in their organizations and communities. The program begins each Fall and is completed in seven quarters. To fit the demanding schedules of professionals, classes are concentrated into one 3-day weekend each month. In-between these classes, team projects, individual assignments and online discussions round out the highly participatory and flexible learning experience.Students are part of a cohort or group and the curriculum integrates traditional business disciplines like: economics, finance, marketing, systems, personal mastery and change management. Case studies from each student's own experiences are used extensively.
