Program Description:
The MSA is a unique blend of graduate-level business and church management courses aimed at developing professionally trained church administrators.
The business component focuses on organizational theory, marketing concepts, and social and ethical issues important to church administration. The church management component focuses on issues in church leadership, growth, policy development, cultural relations, and effective communication. Students take courses from all church management areas.
