Program Description:

This program is designed to prepare professionals to position their organizationsùprivate, public or non-profitùto be leaders in the practice of Sustainable Management. It offers a curriculum and pedagogy that develop the learners' necessary capacities, skills and knowledge to lead companies and organizations in ways that are more responsible as well as successful. Students learn through experience, reflection and application. The courses offer opportunities to experience and practice organizational changes. Learners work with diverse peers and faculty on organizational challenges, prepare creative presentations to hypothetical "management," and apply lessons learned in internships and/or international projects. The program pays close attention to increasing the learners' capacities to work effectively with others.
