M.A. Organizational Behavior
Program Description:
The Master's Organizational Behavior curriculum is strongly grounded in the literature and research of management and organizational behavior and is directly linked to the issues and problems that business leaders face on a daily basis. The curriculum draws from a range of disciplines in the humanities and social sciences, including sociology, psychology, anthropology, economics, philosophy, social psychology, management and leadership, global studies, and communication sciences. The scholar-practitioner model requires students to integrate theory, research, and practice. Students develop skills in diagnosing work related problems, designing and implementing solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of these activities.
