Program Description:
The degree offers a curriculum that includes an integration of theory, research, applied skills and community service, within the disciplines of organizational psychology and organizational development practice as well as counselling theory and practice.
Knowledge and skills developed in the program will enable graduates to provide consultation to and leadership in organizational settings on the level of the indisvidual, the work group and organizational systems and structures.
