Program Description:

The Jodrey School of Computer Science M.Sc. program prepares students for further graduate studies, research-oriented careers and challenging positions in industry. A co-op option is offered for students who wish to combine study with industry experience. Research in the School covers a wide array of topics in both applied and theoretical computer science, and is supported by research grants and contracts from multiple agencies. Students have access to a rich computing environment, including a distributed systems laboratory, various specialized equipment, a high performance computing facility, as well as opportunities for interdisciplinary study. Graduating students can always find jobs, or continue with their PhD studies at virtually any university.

International Student Requirements:

A TOEFL score of 580 paper-based test (237 computer-based test, 93 Internet-based test) is required if English was not the language of your previous degree program. We will also accept an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher. Please note that in some cases when a student has studied in an English medium of instruction, a test of English proficiency may still be required.
