Program Description:

The objectives of the specialisation in GPS Technology are to give students knowledge of receiver building at system level and the interaction between a GPS receiver and other sensors. Students will obtain a profound comprehension of implementation of system for a static and a roving receiver, the data transmission link between these receivers, and a comprehension of the distinction between real-time and post processing of data, static versus kinematic positioning, and a single-frequency versus a dual-frequency receiver.
