About the field of Nursing Administration: Nursing Administration integrates the knowledge of both nursing and business management. It involves establishing the cost of nursing care, examining the relationship between nursing services and quality patient care, and resource and financial management. Students will look at nursing service delivery problems in the context of policy analysis. They will study health care systems, business issues and management accountability, and their impact on nursing care delivery.
