About the field of MBA-Human Resource Administration: An MBA in Human Resource Administration focuses on teaching the effective supervision and evaluation of staff, and the statistical and tactical management of the business environment. It involves the study of labor and industrial relations, compensation, globalization, restructured workplaces and labor market shifts. Students will develop their skills, knowledge and abilities in the functional areas of human resource administration. They will study corporate headhunting, benefits analysis and business coaching.
