CUW's PharmD program is a full-time, four-year program. A minimum of two years of undergraduate prerequisite work is required prior to admission. The first three years of curriculum include professional courses intended to provide didactic and experiential learning. The fourth year consists of clinical rotations.
The majority of courses (including all required courses) are scheduled between 8 am and 6 pm. These courses, with the exception of the fourth-year rotations, are only offered on the Concordia Mequon campus. There is no part-time option and no distance learning.
This four-year program will lead to the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. The program is designed to provide you with the scientific background and clinical skills necessary to take the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) which will allow you to become a licensed practitioner of Pharmacy.
Pre-candidate status from the ACPE as a developing program.
