The PhD inHuman Development (HD) focuses on individual adult growth in personal, organizational, and cultural settings. It blends adult development research and theory to address the social demands of our modern world. Many HD students serve in professions such as organizational consulting, human resources, executive coaching, and teaching.
As a nontraditional doctoral program, students can remain in their community, continue working while learning, and co-design their curriculum to optimize their goals.
